Painting and Drywall Work Was Well Done...
Sterling Renovation provided exceptional service when they worked on our home. The job was completed on schedule and on-budget; and we
are happy with the results.
We never felt put-out that there was someone here working - and the work areas were always left so neat and clean that except for the fresh
paint and 'new paint' smell; you never would have known they were even here.

My experience with Sterling Drywall has been wonderful. Terry is very professional, friendly, and works very quickly. I was expecting the job he
recently did for us to take 2 weeks, and it only took a week and 1 day...the only reason it even took that long was because we had to have a tile
guy come in to do the tile.
The big job that Terry did was in my master-bathroom shower, which was leaking. When the house was built, the wrong shower pan had been
installed. Terry removed the shower door and had to take out some tile to get to the pan. I had gotten 2 other quotes for the job and, not only was
Terry's the lowest price, but the other companies had told me that there was no way to use the same shower door, that I would have to pay extra
for a new door. Terry was able to do the job and put the same door back. I thought that he was very honest about this.
While Terry was there, I had him look at the flooring in my daughter's bathroom, which also had been installed incorrectly. He removed the tile
and made it safer. He also fixed some water damage on the ceiling, at no extra charge. Terry has a good network and knows who to bring in to do
the work that he cannot do. The tile guy he brought in did a great job. I also appreciated that Terry cleaned up the area, including all of his tools,
every day because I have 3 very small children.
I trust Terry and recommend Sterling Drywall to all of my friends. In addition to my home, I own a rental property and am thinking about buying
one or two more in the future. Terry will definitely be the person I call to help with any repairs needed on the rental properties. It is hard to find
good customer service, and I am thrilled to have found Terry.

Very friendly, reliable, and extremely reasonable prices.
I had recently met Terry with Sterling Drywall at a networking group and had heard positive feedback on what he had done for other members.
They raved about what a good job he did and how well he cleaned up afterward. I had a low-bearing beam on my patio that had rotted out, and I
had Terry shore it up, replace the beam and plank, and paint it. When he was done, it looked like new...you would never know that anything had
happened to it.
Terry is very friendly and reliable. We had a ridiculous amount of rain when he was doing this project and it even snowed. He was here all of the
days that he could actually work under the circumstances. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. I could not be happier with the way that
everything turned out.
